Our Mission
The mission of the Delaware Tribe of Indians is to honor our Lenape ancestors by strengthening our sovereignty, preserving our culture, and promoting the well-being of our citizens. Through responsible governance, sustainable economic development, and compassionate community services, we work to protect our heritage, support our families, and ensure a strong and healthy future for generations to come.
Our Structure
Tribal Council
The Tribal Council is made up of seven members of the Delaware Tribe of Indians who are registered voters. They are elected and serve staggered terms of four years. Currently the members consist of the following:

Meetings: Monthly meetings of the Tribal Council are held in Forsythe Hall at the Tribe’s Bartlesville Headquarters.

Trust Board monthly meetings are held in the Family and Children’s Services building located on campus.
